This is the latest update. Due to technical difficulties the first board date and deadlines has been pushed back again. Here is what Cadet Command is sending out to applicants who contact them.
Our application web site has been experiencing intermittent technical difficulties, which we are working to correct. To ensure every applicant has a fair chance to complete their application, we have rescheduled the first scholarship selection board to 9 December 19. The new deadline for having applications complete for this board is 2 December 19. We apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused.

While the system is down, applicants can continue to submit required documents by attaching them to an email and sending them to:
usarmy.knox.usacc.mbx.train2lead@mail.mil
A processor will retrieve the documents, upload them, and contact the applicant with any status updates. I recommend you not send a bunch of letters of recommendation or certificates of achievement. The board asks for transcripts and SAT/ACT test grades, nothing more. I also recommend you use this method as a last resort. If you do submit documents via email you will still need to verify they are uploaded once the site comes back up. It might be better just to wait and upload yourself.
PMS’s can continue to submit interviews, and coaches and gym teachers can continue to submit PFA scores manually. Here is the PFT scorecard if you need it.
It’s still early in the game. Don’t panic if you can’t seem to get an immediate response from Cadet Command or the program that is helping you. It’s a busy time of year for all of us, and we will do what we can to help all applicants. Patience is key.
