NEW YORK BOY’S STATE

Clarkson University’s Army ROTC Golden Knight Battalion has been participating in New York’s American Legion Boy’s State for over a decade now. Along with SUNY Brockport and Niagara, Instructors and Cadets from our programs support the incredible Boy’s State experience in New York in many ways. One way is by sharing our story about opportunities in Army ROTC and the opportunities at our schools.

We encourage you to explore the information provided on the Golden Knight Battalion website, visit our School’s websites, and check out the Army ROTC website. If you are considering our program and one or more our schools we hope you will visit our campus and let us know you are coming. We love visitors!

The Summer prior to your senior year of high school you can apply for one of our scholarships, which pay all tuition and fees. We should also be your backup plan if you are applying to West Point or one of the other military academies. If you aren’t ready to make the commitment, but want to explore the opportunities Army ROTC has to offer, you are welcome to enroll in Army ROTC fall of your freshman year and try the program out before you commit.

Information about the Army ROTC program and scholarship can be found here and here
