This is a short one, but an important one. Making sure that Cadet Command has your SAT/ACT scores is important, but can get overlooked if you aren’t on top of things. It’s too easy to send in a screen shot just to be sure they have it.

Do you think Cadet Command has your SAT scores? Might want to double check
Here is a heads up regarding SAT/ACT scores and the scholarship application. Here is what was communicated to the Army ROTC recruiting community recently
Because of a system incompatibility scores sent from College Board will not be “available for upload into the applicants files”.
What that means for you is that if you are thinking that because you listed Cadet Command to receive your score that they have or will be posted to your file, your scores are probably not in your file. The best ways to check are to access your file status online, or contact the ROO at one of your schools and ask what you are still missing. If you have one of my schools listed I will probably be contacting you to let you know what you are missing, but all ROOs aren’t the same.
I also suggest you take a screen shot of your score from the SAT or ACT website, paste that into a document, and email it to your processor, and cc that email to train2lead@usacc.army.mil. I also suggest you check your file online often, at least until you are designated board ready.
I was wondering…I have been checking my application status and it says to schedule my interview. However, I already had my interview and it also says interview “received”. My status also shows I still need to have my medical exam but since I am not a finalist I haven’t been given an appointment for it. I am worried that my application isn’t board ready because right now my application status appears incomplete. How do I rectify this? I emailed my cadet command contact three weeks ago but didn’t get a reply. I know she must be very busy…but I am concerned.
Brock…without your social or you having one of my schools on your list I can’t see anything other than your address and phone number in our system. I would suggest you contact the ROO at your top choice and ask them if they can verify that you were boarded on the October board. Usually that interview status stays that way until the end, and you are correct that you probably won’t be schedule for the physical until you get an offer. There is a good chance you were boarded. If you would rather I check for you feel free to email your social to me and I can check, but I would caution you about emailing your social to strangers:-)
