Cadet Command has finally gotten smart and will require the application to be submitted online.  This is the message I received today:

NEW: HIGH SCHOOL 4-YEAR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION Due to the change to the scholarship application process, hardcopy applications for national scholarships will no longer be accepted and processed.  The link to download the application is in the process of being removed.  Every applicant MUST submit an application via the Internet at goarmy.com/rotc/high-school-students/4-year-scholarship.html.

So, no more paper applications.

I say this is a good thing…what say you???
